My Letter to You

What makes me happy? What makes me feel good? Maybe you already know my absolute favorite task? Writing down 100 things that bring you joy! That's right, 100! Not 10 or 20, that would be way too easy.... 100 is sooo cool and if you walk through all the seasons in your mind (do the meditation for that, I find it sooo beautiful) and go through your whole day: Eat a fresh blueberry egg in the morning and enjoy the acidity : ) : ) such small pleasures are just as sensational as "sitting in the sunset on the beach after a super surf round" : ).

Write down EVERYTHING that brings you joy and you will be amazed at how much comes to mind once you "warm up" and get going! Maybe you continuously add to this list and put it up on your bedroom door? And then? What do you do with it? I think you should do AT LEAST three things from your list. EVERY day. Come on!!! Or five? Or 10? In any case, you know exactly what brings you joy and with this list you have your life joy in hand.

YOU create your joy consciously. If you are happy, then everyone around you feels it, is happy with you or with themselves and then this has an effect on "the whole wide world"... you are also happy with joyful surprises in addition to your "self-made" joy, because it's fun to do something nice to you, because you always radiate such good energy... and then there is a positive spiral, which is very, very casual.

Your list also gives you comfort when life is no pony farm and tedious. Having a look at the list always gives you an idea what you can do to take good care of yourself in these moments and not expect others to improve your mood.

Do you feel how much YOU can do? I love that! Whether I'm feeling super good or bad…I always know: I can change and shape a lot. I know, for example, that sleep is my medicine and that it can "make up" for a lot. Early to bed or an afternoon nap and the world already looks much better. Sleep or power nap is also on my list.... YOU pull out what YOU want, every day. You take full responsibility for your zest for life! That is so good! You are awesome!!! Thank you for being here.
