My Letter to You

Now you know who you are, where you are at, what brings you JOY and what you want. Sooo good! Of course there are still millions of things to discover, but hey, we are on our journey and that’s the most important. Today it’s time for getting clear on: WHAT do I DON’T want anymore!

  • Limiting beliefs (I can’t do this. Nobody loves me. I am to fat, to slim, to blond, to curly haired to reach my goals. I am to lazy…)
  • Fears (write them down in great detail. What are they about, why do I have them, where do they come from?
  • Worries (describe them too)
  • Mean comments you tell yourself
  • Spending time, with people who drain you and you feel like shit after a date with this person

Whatever you DON’T want anymore, write it down… and then… watch the video I’ll tell you there what you do then. And please listen to the meditation today, ok?
