What can you delegate to your UA the coming week?Apr 05, 2021
Are you good in delegating things? Is this difficult or easy for you? Let tasks go without micro managing or controlling, instead trust, that the other person will do a good job, that IS an art or a skill!
The relief which lies in delegating is the gigantic reward for trusting others, that they can do at least a good job. What could you delegate right now? Where could you restructure the responsibilities in a new way?
Delegating to your UA, your Universal Assistant is really easy. She or he is or they are responsible for everything you don’t have a direct influence on: Weather, train connections, parking lots, no traffic jam... or a higher game level of your UA is, when she-he-they organize, that a certain person calls you back, that a project runs smoothly, that everybody at a meeting are cooperative or that your kids are easy going...
You can delegate all this and even more to your UA and TRUST fully that she-he-they will support you. Let go the fear that it will not work out, trust that it will work out, that’s the most important thing, UA or not. When you order a pizza you are totally sure, that it will arrive at your doorstep, right? You don’t call them every 5 minutes to ask, if they are working on your dinner?
You order and you trust and you receive and you enjoy the result. That’s how delegating works. : )
What in the whole world is an Universal Assistant??? Oh, sorry, you don’t have one yet? Go to www.joyismycompass.com/ua and hire one for yourself. It’s my most favorite and daily used tool! It’s free and fun and brings alot of JOY into my day... and your UA will do the same for you!
For everything else, watch this 22min Masterclass and follow through the exercise. Taking time for yourself is the most important thing!!! Gift yourself 22min, ok?
