Create a morning routine you are in love with

Getting up in the early morning with a bright smile, totally refreshed from your good night sleep, ready to conquer the world and have the best mood ever, THAT'S the goal, right? : )

I hope you know me better by now. I don't like commercial clichés. I like personalized habits and processes, timelines, dreams and visions. No "one solution for everybody"!

Are you a morning person or a night owl? Not defined? I remember so well, how I cursed the whole world, when I had my first temporary job in the countryside of Lucerne with a 90minutes long commute. I had to get up at 5:45 AM and that was pure insanity to me. Having a FIVE on my alarm setting drove me nuts and I was really pissed, every single morning... (that was ehmmmmm 17 years ago!) I dove out of bed into public transportation with breakfast in the tram, while reading a free newspaper full of shitty news. In Swiss trains, there is a little sofa on each side of the normal seats, so I slept there for another hour with the alarm underneath my coat and my ticket ready to see for the conductor on the little round table in front of me.   

And now? I love to go to bed as early as 8pm or 9pm if it's late. Later is a NO GO, because I WANT to get up early. Ronja from 2003 would have hit me in the face, if I would have whispered to her: "Darling, in 10 years, you'll love to get up at 4:44, because you want to have your sacred me-time"

At the moment (and I think forever) my focus is to get 8hours of sleep. The benefits of my concentration and focus all day long is just incredible! So there is not much room for bed-time-negotiations with myself, if I want to get up around 5. Nothing is set in stone and I didn't sign any contract, except with ME. What I do in my morning magic is different every day too. I tell you my favorite things to do in the video.
